Do You Drop Ship?
Yes, we offer drop shipping services to our customers with no additional membership fees.
What is Drop Shipping?
Drop shipping is a service that allows you to ship merchandise stored in our warehouse as though the merchandise was shipped directly by you. This is ideal for those just starting out or those who are unable to invest in bulk quantities of the vast selection of products we already carry.
How to I sign up?
Creating your account is as easy as placing your first order. After you have selected the merchandise you are purchasing, select the Checkout link. After choosing your payment type, you will be prompted to enter your billing information; on this page, enter your information. Continue to the next page which is shipping information; on this page, enter your customer's information. Finish by reviewing your shipping charges, verifying the address information is complete, and making your payment using your selected payment option.
Do I have to pay a membership fee?
We do not charge any membership fees. You are welcome to use our services whenever you like without worrying about paying or renewing any membership fees.
Do you charge handling fees?
We charge a flat $3.00 handling fee on every order regardless of size. This covers packaging materials that are used in the packaging and shipping of your merchandise.
What is your shipping policy?
We make every attempt to ship within 24 hours after receiving your order. We only ship Monday through Friday and do not ship during U.S. Holidays. All orders are updated daily with tracking information and status. We generally ship via UPS and the tracking numbers provided can be tracked at their website or the following link:

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We are now equipped to handle your Canadian orders through our online cart. Place your order as you would any other and the Canadian shipping will be calculated for you.
What is your return policy?
Our Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply
within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a RMA or return merchandise authorization. You will receive a full refund or exchange. We must receive the merchandise within 30 days of purchase in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING (except defects).
Please Note: We do not refund shipping costs or provide return shipping.
What Payment Forms are Accepted?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All credit card transactions are handled by our parent company Automatrix and will reflect this name on your credit card statement. We accept PayPal payments. We accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks with the condition that they are held for 10 days after receipt to ensure legitimacy. We also offer an option on checkout for our repeat customers to Use Existing Payment Arrangements, this must be authorized before using this option. |
